There are no refunds or returns on launchers, projectiles or installed parts of any kind. Sterling Self Defense reserves the right and exercises sole discretion on any repairs or refunds of any kind. Any exchanges or refunds will require the original merchandise returned at the purchasers expense with no exceptions.
